RELEASE: Singing for Peace (Let's get along)
Victor Kinjo releases “Canto pela Paz (Let's Get Along)” during the week of the International Day of Peace. The Brazilian-Okinawan singer combines MPB, baião, pop, Latin swing, son and World Music in a transcultural manifesto for life. With verses in Portuguese, English, Spanish and Uchinaaguchi (indigenous language of Ryukyu/Okinawa), it features the participation of singer Niwa in a chorus of voices against the war industry. A powerful message of peace and resistance for the union between peoples and planetary health.
